Sincalide is a drug that acts like a hormone that the body makes. It is used in tests to check how well the pancreas and gallbladder are working. It is also used to hurry barium out of the body.

They need to know if you have any of these conditions: gallstones liver disease irregular bowel movements an unusual reaction to sincalide, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives pregnant or trying to get pregnant breast-feeding
